| 1 | Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 01 No. LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. for 100 HP HC motors. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.5. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components/features:1. M.C.C.B.: The panel should be fitted with an suitable rating of M.C.C.B., 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. voltage selector switch., 1 No. automatic selector switch, and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side.2. Star delta Starter. The panel should be fitted with a fully automatic star delta starter comprises of3 Nos. air break contactor of suitable rating 01 No (2 for main and delta supply, 1 No. air break contactor for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator, 1 No. MCB 2 Amps, for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply.3. Protections devise / fault analyzer: A protections devise / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to: a. Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings:i. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage and earth fault.ii. Current related fault: Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current/load, earth leakage, short circuiting and earth fault. b. Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase.c. Display and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively.d. Analyze, display & records No. of operation & duration of motor running.Bimetal overload relay: A bimetal over load earth fault relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyzer.Job involves carriage and shifting of LT Control Panel and allied accessories to the work site, making all proper connections.Job also includes Providing and fitting 3.5 core 240 mm sq.
