| 13 | Supply only gear mechanically operated system with spur wheel gear worn wheel and bevel gear box with handle for free movement of rolling shutters all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Supply only MS hood cover of 1.00 mm thick sheet to the rolling shutter for various openings all as directed by Engineer-In-charge. |
| 15 | Supply only Guide channel of 3.15mm thick and 65 mm wide for rolling shutters as required at site and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 16 | Supply only Guide channel of 3.15mm thick and 75 mm wide for rolling shutters as required at site and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |

| 19 | Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Note: The maximum height of building has 15 m and the rated quoted has inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements.) |

| 25 | M&L Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete including removal of exsiting gate all as specifed and as directed. |
| 26 | M&L Mild steel Fe 410 W Gde-E-250 Quality - B Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete. |
| 27 | M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 28 | M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 29 | Taking down eaves gutters & rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) including all fittings , heads, shoes , bends, swan- necks, etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings & accessories) . |
| 30 | S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single cocketed , in any length , in rubber ring joints fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed. |
| 31 | S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends all as specified and as directed. |
| 32 | M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm aggregate) as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
