The hard plaster shall confirm the requirements of World Squash Federation (WSF) consisting of a base coat 11 mm thick and finishing coat 4 mm thick as per specifications including surface preparation with smooth impact-resistant surface complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, conforming to World Squash Federation. |
| 6 | Providing and applying “Ultima” or equivalent high-quality acrylic polyurethane / specialized sports wall paint on squash court walls to achieve smooth, non-gloss finish, including surface preparation, putty application, sanding, primer coat, minimum two coats of paint and finishing complete as per standard, conforming to World Squash Federation, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing squash court sound board (tin board) on the front wall at specified height, fabricated with 22 gauge MS/ galvanized steel sheet, properly fixed with frame/ anchors, finished with smooth surface and painted with durable non-gloss coating, including marking line, complete in all respects as per World Squash Federation and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suspended type surface mounted LED batten fitting with CRCA body having system output not less than 3700 Lumens and wattage not less than 37W and latest LED technology of consistent light output, IP20 rating CRI>80, power factor>0.95, THD less than10%, stable color performance and colour temperature not less than 5700K and energy saving, suitable foruseon 230V,50 Hz,A.C supply, ceiling at the height of 5-6 Mtrs including wiring with 1.5 Sqmm/ 2.5 Sqmm single core copper wire incl suitable PVC conduit & connections etc. complete as required. |
| 9 | Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats. |
