Note: For ser item No 2&3 (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos etc complete. (ii) The lines or manhole measured once can not measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines or manhole re-occur within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum 2 persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within defined time as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 500/- per complaint per day. |
