| 2 | Material and labour for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne including filling (if required) in hollow and depressions, soft spots etc. which occur during rolling, watering as necessary and consolidating (for portion coming in cutting/ original ground only) to required level, camber and gradient, keeping roller wheels wet complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with nature sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80 - 100 KN static weight for achieveing required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013. |
| 4 | Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibrator roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. |
| 5 | Material and labour for preparing of unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer using bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 sq metre over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Material & Labour for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade with binder content 4% by weight of total mix and compacted to required gradient and camber laid by mechanical paver (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 9 | Material & labour for bituminus premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade from hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Bituminous premix carpet will be laid by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only.(ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE.(iii) The binder content specified is minimum. Financial effect of any plus variation in binder content during design mix at site shall be borne by contractor without any extra cost to the government. |
| 10 | Material & labour for preparing new bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows, etc. and the like exc. 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystal solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
