Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg/Sqm (Zero point Eighty five Kilogram) per Square meter. using mechanical means as per Techanical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg/Sqm ( zero pointy twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square meter) on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause 503. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm ( twenty five milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, and filler with Zycotherm or equavalant 0.1% by weight of Bitumentransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respect. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
