Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete 25mm thick within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation & trenches etc. in earth work including all kinds of soil such as pick work Jumper work, blasting soft and hard rock,conglomirate up to all laeds and lifts stacked the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in trenches consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then desposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement: 6Sand: 12Graded stone agreegate 40mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to a fair finish including centering & shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and bllies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to cielling not exceeding 4mtrs. removal of the same for insitu RCC and PCC work in flat surfaces such as sofits, suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. 200mm thickness within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
