Annaul Maintenance and Servicing of 250KVA Diesel Generator Set (C-check)(a) Servicing of Brushless A.C. Generator, make Kirloskar, 250 kVA, 415 V, 347.8 Amps, P.F. 0.80, 1500 rpm by cleaning and checking for healthiness of stator and rotor part as per OEMs.(b) Servicing of prime mover, make Ashok Leyland Weichai with Engine model ALGWD 618.42 D, BHP 310.3 PS and 1500 rpm.(c) Replacement of old alternator belts, all high pressure diesel pipes, gaskets of top cover, air inlet cover and lower gaskets, cleaning of nozzeles of all injectors and replacing engine oil with suitable high grade engine oil recommended by OEM, replacement of oil filters and Air filters. Checking of healthiness of batteries and topping up with D.M. water if necessary.(d) complete overhauling of AMF panel of 250 kVA DG Set by Dismantaling of 2 Nos of damaged Main Power Contactor and Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos of new Power Contactor (make L&T, current rating 400A, Model- MCX43 415 VAC 4P CS97025) with 4 nos of auxillary contacts (Current rating- 4A, 415 V) including wiring connection as per the best satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete in all respect.
