A Hot Water System with (Heat Pump)a) Supply & installation of hot water system with air cooled Heat pump delivering actual capacity as per the following parameters. Heat pumps input power of 13.20KW and delivered heating output power of capacity 38 KW. Refrigerant used should be environment friendly R-410a Heat pump should heat water upto 55⁰C on heat pump mode. It shall have silent operation, and the sound level should not exceed 65dB .80%use heat pump use for hot water for power saving. Refrigerant R410a/6.30KG (Refrigerant) Heat Pump as described above Nominal Input Power – (13.20 KW)b) Output Heating capacity - 38 kW Heat pump shall have an in-built facility to start/stop depending on with controlpanel with built in diagnostic and troubleshooting information Heat pump shouldhave an inbuilt cycle for defrosting in case icing occurs on evaporator and Suitable for electric supply of 380-415 +/- 10 % volts & 3phase~ 50 hz.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of following insulated pumps suitable for 415Volts connected with T.E.F.C. induction motor, D.O.L starter, isolating valve on suction and discharge, on-return valve on discharge, pressure gauges with stop cock and dial type thermometer on suction or discharge. The pump shall have mechanical seal. The pump shall be SS casing, impeller, shaft and CI (Epoxy coated) base (suitable for hot water temperature).Circulation pump for Hot water system (Between heat pump to Hot water tank.) Flow - 6500 LPH Head - 15 mtrs

Hot water system completes with CPVC Inter-connected system piping with CPVC system fittings with ball valve, NRV, Y-stainer, air-release valve, pressure gauge, temp. gauge etc complete in all respect as per the system design requirements. Internal system piping should be insulated with nitrile tube and cover with 26 SWG aluminum cladding

Supply & fixing of Electrical control panel to operate the heat pump/recirculation pump fully automatically in all respect including connection testing, etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 4C 25sqmm pvc insulated XLPE sheathed aluminum conductor armored cable on the surface with clamp etc complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of Hot water system with servicing of the complete system including routine preventive and breakdown maintenance as required with all the consumable and non - consumable material/spares etc complete as required. (Supplementary agreement for 5 yr. AMC has been made separately.)
