| 5 | Installation, testing , commissioning of Existing DEA set on existing foundation/surface with all accessories like Cubical type manual /AMF control panel i/c fixing of Silencer ,exhaust pipe , fuel tank , fuel line connections, control wiring from panel to engine i/c cutting, jointing, welding of flanges (if reqd) , nuts, bolts , i/c loading and assembling ,fixing the the DG Set i/c making good the damage etc. i/c One hour testing of DG set on exchange load etc as reqd (a) 25 KVA to 40 KVA |
| 6 | Providing & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity existing E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lube oil, lube oil filter and diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line ,cooling system ,checking of all DG control wiring ,belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd. - Note: (1) 1. Diesel for initial testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor 2. The recovered black oil shall be given to contractor) (a) 10 to 20 KVA EA Set |

| 8 | Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set up to 62.5 KVA by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning gents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd. |
| 9 | Repairing and Servicing of the 12 V self-starter of DEA set i/c dismantling, cleaning of self with petrol, greasing and oiling of bearing i/c replacement of carbon brush, solenoid coil, bentrx gear testing etc complete as reqd. |
| 10 | Supplying and fixing of 12 Volts Maintenance free Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.(Note: Battery should be of at least 24 months full replacement warranty/ Manufacturer warranty card with dealer stamp shall be submitted along with new battery) (a) 12 V, 88 AH |

| 14 | Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. |
| 15 | Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required. |
| 16 | Replacement of faulty light with new 28 Watt 4-Feet LED tubelight batten i/c dismantling of existing fitting and installation etc. complete as reqd. |
| 17 | (Sub-Head II) Repairing of DG Set Trolley including dismantling of following damaged components and reassembly, alignment, testing, and making the trolley fully functional for safe transportation of the DG set. (a) Replacement of damaged axle assembly including bearings, bushes, and necessary fittings for smooth operation. |
| 18 | Supply, fitting, and replacement of worn-out or damaged 04 Nos. tyres and tubes of suitable size and load capacity. |
