Supply of 250 mm dia C.I double flange non return valve.

Dismantling the C.I double flange non return valve from the delivery pipe line after removing all old bolts & nuts by chisel and gas cutting.

Construction of scaffolding with bamboo pole,wodden planks, coir rope etc. suitable for working.

Supply, fitting, fixing of SS nut, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. to replace the old and broken.

Hydraulic pressure testing certificate of non return valve to be submitted.

Painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of any reputed make completely.

Fitting, fixing the newly supplied C.I double flange non return valve with proper alignment including rubber gaskets, white zinc to the faces of the both flanges of NRV to prevent water leakage in any manner.
