Cost towards Supplying, Installation and commissioning of water lubricated vertical turbine pump sets Make Mather & Plate/ Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ WPIL capable for discharging 90 m3/hr3 against a total head of 81 metre with suitable size of column assembly (MS) flanged type in 50’ long (10’ long 4 nos and 5’ long 2 nos) heavy duty with line shafts, spider bearings, cutless rubber bushes, sleeves, discharge head etc as required coupled with suitable size of vertical solid shaft, Sq. cage induction motor operated on 415±10% Volt, 3 Phase, 50±5% Hz, 1400-1500 rpm with non reversible ratchet/ coupling (Make- Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ Crompton/ ABB) with suitable size of ISI marked heavy duty CIDF Sluice Valve & CIDF N.R. Valve rating PN-1, Pump Stainer, M.S. Clamp 02 Pair etc. all complete and testing on load.

Cost towards dismantling & taking out old and damaged VT pump set from intake well including breaking foundation for installation of new pump set, throwing scrap/garbage out of the pumping plant and keeping old set in store or as per direction of E/I including cost of labour, tools & tackles.

Cost towards making and jointing delivery pipe line including all labour, tools, tackles and materials such as MS pipe, MS flange, 5/8” nut bolt 12 Kg. including cutting and threading as required by gas welding and electric welding as required etc. all complete and installation of pump set on the foundation.

Cost of supplying and laying of 25 mm Sq x 3 Core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade unarmoured copper conductor for power wiring from panel to starter to motor for 3 sets.

Cost towards supply and making arrangements for chemical earthing as per I.E. rules.
