| 14 | Strengthening of motor winding (Stater and rotor) of 603HP 11KV electric motor by means of cleaning complete winding with special chemicals, pressure spray and vacuum etc., applying spray varnish and Red Becktol, strengthening of connection by applying glass & epoxy tape where ever is required, drying of stater and rotor on specific temperature in oven, conducting of winding test etc. including cost of dynamic balancing of rotor, refurbishment of bearing seats and end including of cover, dismantling and refixing of complete electric motor, transportation from site to workshop and back to site along with realignment of motor and pump set with the help of dial gauge complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of EIC. |
