| 46 | Terms and Conditions:- 1) The warranty for the LED street light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 6.00 has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM. 2) One light fitting against Item Sl. No. 6.00 as per direction of EIC, randomly selected from the supplied lot consisting of total material, will be tested as follows from NABL accredited Government Laboratory at the cost to be borne completely by the bidder. The test process should consist of following tests:-(i) Visual Examination (for physical dimensions confirmation as per GA Drawing, model no., wattage etc. (ii) Insulation resistance and electric strength. (iii) Resistance to dust and moisture (iv) Photometric test, (v) Endurance test, (vi) Humidity test, (vii) Drop test, (viii) Vibration test. (ix) Electrical parameters test (namely input power, input current, PF, THD, output power, output current and output voltage, (x) Surge test, xi) High voltage and Low voltage test, xii)Scratch test. If the test result is not fully complied with the specifiction, the entire lot of supplied LED street light fixtures will be rejected. Fresh supply from the same manufacturer shall not be accepted and test should be repeated for fresh supply from a different manufacturer within the mentioned make list. 3) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.(4) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted before execution of work. The Serial. Nos of theFittings must be mentioned in the Delivery challan on site along with the warranty certificate provided by the Manufacturer/OEM specifying the fittings with Serial number and date. 5) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
