Name of Work:- Annual maintenance of EI work, substation, external illumination etc. incl. operation of D.G set at Mathabhanga S.D Hospital (round the clock) and other govt office building under Mathabhanga Sub-Division in the district of Cooch Behar.

Providing following categories of personnel for electrical maintenance of entire internal & external electrical installation incl compound light, LT panel, feeder pillar and all other electrical accessories with operation & petty maintenance of DG set and UPS with batteries excluding terms & conditions covered by the Manufacturer incl. cleaning of all type of fire detector & Panel and submission of report in regard to the routine and preventive maintenance works in the format prescribed by EIC (as per terms & conditions attached) at Mathabhanga SD Hospital, Coochbehar, including residental quarters and different govt. building under Mathabhanga Sub-Division i.e SDO ofice & bungalow, Treasury, Court & judicial Magistrate bungalows, Correctional Home, ADSR office, Dak Bungalow, SDL&LRO Office, Vetenary Hospital, Fire Station etc, PWD civil SD, PWD Social Sector SD, PWD Roads SD office, PWD Inspection Bungalow & other govt. building as directed by EIC with the help of following workmen as per attached terms and conditions. (For 12 Months) (Rate Quotated Per Month)

Skilled Electrician (per day) 1head/shift X 3 shift i.e Morning shift, Evening Shift & Night Shift.

Semi Skilled Electrician (per day) 2 head/shift X 1 shift i.e 9.30AM to 6.00 PM (General Shift)
Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (One) year from the date of commissioning. 2) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.3) Agency must have to provide Extra manpower/head semi skilled/helper operator/electrician for doing [Avg 10 headX30days in a month=300 shifts/per month.
