| 3 | Repair work of LED street lights (20W to 32W), including removal, repair, re-installation, and commissioning of street lights, complete with all materials required for proper installation and functioning, including wires, connectors, switches, buttons, and other accessories, complete in all respects. The contractor shall use only HSR/PWD-approved makes and specifications for all materials, components, and accessories used in the repair and maintenance work. Payment shall be made to the contractor on a lump-sum monthly basis for the entire unit, irrespective of the number of street lights repaired, replaced, or maintained during the month. No separate payment shall be made for individual repairs or replacement of components covered under this item. The contractor shall also carry out minor repairs, adjustments, replacement of accessories, controllers, drivers, connectors, and other allied components, wherever required for proper functioning of the street light system. All such works shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, and no separate payment shall be made on this account. |
| 4 | Repair work of LED street lights (60W to 120W), including removal, repair, re-installation, and commissioning of street lights, complete with all materials required for proper installation and functioning, including wires, connectors, switches, buttons, and other accessories, complete in all respects. The contractor shall use only HSR/PWD-approved makes and specifications for all materials, components, and accessories used in the repair and maintenance work. Payment shall be made to the contractor on a lump-sum monthly basis for the entire unit, irrespective of the number of street lights repaired, replaced, or maintained during the month. No separate payment shall be made for individual repairs or replacement of components covered under this item. |
| 5 | The quoted rate shall include the cost of providing and replacing wires of all sizes, whether aluminium or copper, ranging from 1-core to 4-core, and of any cross-sectional area (sq. mm), as per the existing wiring installed at site. The contractor shall replace the damaged wire with the same type, size, and specification as originally installed. No separate payment shall be made for the supply, replacement, laying, jointing, or installation of wires, and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The payment for this item shall be made on a lump-sum monthly basis to the contractor, and no additional payment on any account shall be admissible. The contractor shall use only HSR/PWD-approved makes and specifications for all materials, components, and accessories used in the repair and maintenance work. The contractor shall also carry out minor repairs, adjustments, replacement of accessories, controllers, drivers, connectors, and other allied components, wherever required for proper functioning of the street light system. All such works shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, and no separate payment shall be made on this account. |
| 6 | Removal and Re-installation of Street Lights Under Warranty Removal and re-installation of street lights procured by the Municipality from Government-approved sources and covered under warranty. The contractor shall dismantle and remove defective/out-of-order street lights from the site and hand them over to the Municipal Committee for repair/replacement under warranty by the supplier/manufacturer or authorized agency. After the repaired/replaced street light is received back from the supplier/manufacturer or authorized agency, the contractor shall re-install the same at the original location. The scope of work shall include all labour, tools, tackles, instruments, wires, connectors, fasteners, buttons, and other petty materials required for the safe removal and re-installation of the street light, complete in all respects. No separate payment shall be made for labour, transportation, tools, equipment, or consumable materials required for carrying out the work, and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The contractor shall also carry out minor repairs, adjustments, replacement of accessories, controllers, drivers, connectors, and other allied components, wherever required for proper functioning of the street light system. All such works shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, and no separate payment shall be made on this account.
