Replacement of mounting studs

Repairing of bottom hook assembly block by dismantling and removing of internal parts , replacement of bearings making bearing sheet on the pin shaft on both side by remetlling and machining work.

Complete welding, turning, alignment of main drum shaft with bush & threaded with balancing the drum with counter gears.

Repairing of Electrical panel with required material (contactor, relay & transformer) etc

Repairing of brake assembly for main hoist.

Cleaning, oil/greasing and compound

Re-assembling and fixing charges of crane with the help of heavy duty labour and lifting arrangement, chain pulley blocks, hydraulic lifters etc as per site requirement with all safety provisions.
