Dismantling of old damaged paddles, pit scrapers, arm outside of flocculator zone, bridge arm. flocculator arm, rubber squeezes etc. and lifting of the bridge with the help of mechanical jacks with proper support and holding the bridge with statically balanced support.This includes the loading, unloading cost of packing and hiring of lifting arrangement to carry out the work, material, wooden square, T&P etc. (also making strong thrust support by welding process with deploying technical staff/ labour, T&P tool and tackles to complete the work as per site requirement.

Repairing of Flocculator Arms by replacement of damage angle.

Repairing of lifting device for centre mechanism. (i) Making a working platform around the turn table for safety arrangement by welder & helper with material at site.

This includes the cost of M.S. Plate of 10 mm thick in strip as required inside the plate. First removal of damage M.S. Plate by gas cutting & fixing of new M.S. Plate is welded inside the device by welding of its vertical rib in circumference with making proper platform.

Replacement of M.S. Paddles.

Replacement of rubber squeezes by replacement of squeezes with support plate, nut bolt etc. as required.

Repairing of arm outside of flocculator zone by replacement of damage M.S. Angle by cutting of old damage angle & refixing of new M.S. Angle with nut bolt & welding work on each side of arm.

Replacement of Pit Scraper.

Fabrication & Supply of Tie-Bolt.

Fixing of all fabricated items like flocculator arm, bridge arm, arm outside of flocculator zone, paddles, rubber squeezes etc. in proper way & also making proper balancing of arm with adjustable tie bolt etc as per site requirement.

Painting with anti-corrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.
