| 14 | Cleaning of Inner surface of filteration chambers of size not more than 6.8 metres x 5.0 metres x 3 metres depth by removing sticky particles from walls, floor by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned, washing the surface using solution of Hydrogen pero -oxide and water in the ratio of 1:100 to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and applying one coat of white wash prior to load the filter media all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Material and labour for providing gravels and spreading in layers in the filter beds upto 35 mm size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 18 | Material and labour for providing the silica sand of size 8/16 to 16/ 32 over layer of gravels depth after thorough cleaning of sand and spreading on the filter beds as per required depth complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(i) The gravel size to be spreaded in 1st layer are of 35 mm, in 2nd layer 10 to 20 mm and in 3rd layer 2 to 6 mm.(ii) The sand sall be brought from Rajasthan/Uttarpradseh/Haryana(iii) THe gravels shall be brought from Anandpur saheb/Chaki river near Phatankot Note : Test certificate, certifing that the material supplied is fit for use as a filter media.(iv) The filter media including silica sand will be washed and free from any dust prior to spreading in the filter beds to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. |
| 19 | Cutting the existing rusted pipe in filtertaion plant including Supply and fixing of GI tubing medium grade 80 mm bore of reqd size with flaged end by welding and tightening with suitable size of nut and bolts and including degalvanising with chemical soultion & painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to matching with existing colour (yellow) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 20 | Taking down broken UPVC pipe incl supply and lay perforated double walled corrugated UPVC pipe of size 125 mm outer dia, pressure rating 12.5 kgf/sqcm conforming to IS 4985-81 of approved colour with neccessary fitting complete and making hole all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | Material and labour for demolition of concrete of any description and in any position specifically provided for Cement concrete (unreinforced) including taking out UPVSC pipe from filter bed all as specified and as directed. |
