Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected toone another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete.The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.ii) For other Structural works like galleries etc.

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper, wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation o f surface including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Painting of Gates of Distributory/ Branch/ Minor canal/ Pump Coloum pipe/Pump Discharge Pipe & other similar components on prepared surfaces with one coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 50microns/coat and one coal tar epoxy, 150 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.(b) Where staging is not required.
