| 3 | Notes:- (i) Tenderers shall insert percentage rate in 4th row 'F' here-in-below. (iii) If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with SSR. (iv) If no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as blank.
