Supply & delivery of 80 mm dia G.I. pipe (ISI medium) Each pipe length 4 mtr. x 15 Nos.

Erection of 50mm dia G.I. pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.a) Upto 9.00 Mtr.

Supply of 230V, 50Hz, 30-36 Watt LED decorative Post Top light including Reliable and aesthetically designed IP65 Post Top lantern with symmetric light distribution and limited upward light component. (Make-Wipro/K-Lite/Philips/LT)

Fixing only Floodlight/post top Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure including connector, fuse with necessary wiring etc.

Supply and Delivery 1.1 Kv grade XLPE insulated stranded Alumunium conductor galvanized steel armoured cable of the following size. 4 core x 6.00 sq.mm(Make-Gloster/Mescab/Polycab)

Laying of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor through Micro tunnelling/pole/pillar box/loop connection of the following size cable 4 core x 6.00 sq.mm

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sq.mm. in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre / by using HDPE Pipe, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also in the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.4 core x 6.00 sq.mm

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emerypaper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint i)One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.4 core x 6.00 sq.mm
