Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

Supply and installation of shower / toilet cubicles of make (Century Cubicals / Merino / Greenlam) and as per the approved specifications and measurements including the cost of required hardware and accessories. Constructed from 12mm thick High Pressure Compact Laminate (HPL), manufactured through high pressure and temperature processes in accordance with EN 438- Part 4 standards. All doors shall be uniform in colour and constructed from 12 mm thick HPL compact panels. The doors will feature chamfered edges for a sleek finish. Each door will be mounted with three hinges made of SS, securely attached to the pilasters. SS coat hooks and lock sets will be included with every door. Rubber sponge lining will be applied to the vertical ends of all doors for added protection and durability. All pilasters will be crafted from 12 mm thick HPL compact panels, featuring chamfered edges and equipped with SS thumb turn lock sets. These pilasters will be securely fastened to the floor using adjustable SS legs. SS door stopper profiles with rubber linings will be installed at the vertical ends of the pilasters to dampen noise during door closing. The bottom clearance will measure 100mm. All intermediate partitions or dividers will be constructed from 12 mm thick HPL compact laminate panels. These panels will be secured with SS U-channels at their vertical ends to ensure the utmost stability of the system.

HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES1. Semi-spherical (Top) head frame structure for surface protection, size to be 50 x 32 x 1.6T. Corner joinery section, size to be 40 x 16.5 x 1.8T. U-Channel Wall joinery section, size to be 22 x 16 x 1.6T. Door stopper section, size to be 21 x 12.5 x 1.6T, SS adjustable pedestal footing of base minimum diameter 70 mm, giving a clearance height of min 150 mm to max 200 mm. Self closing hinges (spring mechanism), Round Coat hook with base diameter 53 mm, Round Door knob diameter 48 mm with thumb-recess, Rotating thumb-turn locking system with privacy indicator locking system (all made up of SS or colour), Anti-noise rubber padding, SS grade 304 screws and, Anti-rotation SS expandable wall plugsThe work shall complete as per approved drawing and as per the directions of the Engineer in-charge.
