Operation of all submersible / monoblock water pumps present in the pump house of the building & running at a time running from 3 H.P. to 20 H.P. installed for water supply arrangement to the building provided as per MCGM norms in the morning / evening time as per the requirement of tenants & MCGM water supply timing. It will include the opening & closing of inlet, outlet sluice valves in the pump house , sluice valve of over head tank , cleaning of pump house & attending minor defects of pumping machinery, checking of pumping machinery installation etc. and put the pump house in hygienic condition as directed by Engineer in charge.( 108 Pump Houses for 365 days - cosindering 2 Hours per day per pump House =108 X 365 X 02= 78840 ) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
