Dismantaling of Submersible sludge pump 10 HP from the drain tank at MIV floor and Complete overhauling of Sludge Pump 10 HP, (Make- Kirloskar, Model No. 7500 CW 2P) by replacing 2 Nos of bearing ( as per requirement), 2 Nos of Oil seal, Check Net and cleaning of all inner parts of the Pump and fill with required amount of oil, fixing the pump at MIV floor including comissioning, testing, wiring connection, transpotation charges complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing, fixing, commissioning and testing of new submersible sludge pump 10 HP ( Make Kirloskar, Model No. 7500 CW 2P), Head range- 12 to 39 m, Dis Range- 25 to 3.70 lps, Del. Size- 65mm including transpotation charges and erection charges at MIV floor of Giri Power House complete in all respect as per the best satisfaction of Engineer In charge.

Providing, fixing, commissioning and testing of new fully automatic 10 HP Star delta starter of make ( L&T or equivalent make) for submersible sludge pump 10 HP having the suitable Current rating of Main, star and delta contactors, Thermal overload relay ( 12-18 A range), Timer, 4 pole MCB, Start stop push buttons, indicating lamps, also having the volt meter and ammeter, Sheet steel enclosure with powder coated finish, IP-56 protection including transpotation charge and control wiring charges as per the best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fixing, commissioning and testing of new fully automatic 30 HP Star delta starter of make ( L&T or equivalent make) for Vertical dewaterring pump 30 HP having the suitable Current rating of Main, star and delta contactors, Thermal overload relay ( 40-45 A range), Timer, 4 pole MCB, Start stop push buttons, indicating lamps, also having the volt meter and ammeter, Sheet steel enclosure with powder coated finish, IP-56 protection including transpotation charge and control wiring charges as per the best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
