| 27 | CONVERTER FOR SERIAL PORT Grand Total Rs. Total Cost in Words: Rupees 1. For the items quoted in different tables, the cost quoted shall be taken in consideration for calculation of TCO. However, the BSNL/Bank may place order as and when required during the contract period 2. The rates quoted in Commercial offer should be inclusive of all taxes and duties as per terms and conditions of GeM. However, GST shall be paid to the bidder on actual basis at the rate applicable. The rate of applicable GST should be informed and charged separately in the invoice generated for supply of the product. Bidder shall provide the breakup of the cost in the uploaded commercial file. 3. The rates quoted in commercial bid should be inclusive of all taxes including GST. However, GST shall be paid to the bidder on actual basis at the rate applicable. If quoted lower or beyond the specified range, it will automatically be recalculated. e.g. in case AMC is quoted lower than 5% it will be recalculated at 5% and if quoted higher than 10% it will be recalculated at 10% and ATS cost shall be quoted between 10%-15%, if applicable. 5. L1 cost will be decided on the basis of lowest Total Cost of Ownership or TCO. 6. The multiplication factor as mentioned in above tables are only indicative and for the purpose of deriving the Total Cost for determining the L1 bidder. The actual quantity of any item ordered may vary according to the requirement of the Bank. In addition to the initial order placed, Bank may place subsequent orders for any item, if required, within first three years from the start date of contract period, at the unit rate finalized after Commercial Evaluation. 7. BSNL is not bound to place any minimum order for any item. The quantity will also be as per requirement and payment will be released accordingly. 8. Any column left blank by the bidder shall have default value of Rs. 0 (zero) and Bidder shall have to supply/implement the same at the default value. 9. Price of the devices quoted should be inclusive of 3-year warranty & 4 years of AMC/ATS with all licenses/subscriptions and OEM‘s premium support. 10. AMC/ATS will be applicable after expiry of warranty period of three years. 11. AMC/ATS and OTS should be quoted in the specified range only. 12. Delivery and installation location will be communicated through supplementary PO.
