During Operation qualification process installation all information pertinent to the proper installation, operation and maintenance of the instruments is reviewed. 7. During operation qualification all instrument/ component operations are recorded and all fluidic, electrical and communication connections are made for system components. |

| 30 | 1.Current equipment OEM/vendor has not provided HMI User ID & Password and support is presently unavailable.Due to non-availability of software access and technical support, future maintainability and troubleshooting are impacted.Hence, complete software rework/re-programming and documentation are mandatory requirements under this tender.2.Vendor shall provide operational and troubleshooting training to Engineering and User departments.3. Vendor shall provide complete HMI/PLC new software support for the Dry Heat Sterilizer system.4. Vendor must provide:HMI Administrator/User ID and Password, PLC software access credentials, Communication settings/IP configuration details, Latest backup of HMI & PLC program and Source files and executable files.5.All software backups shall be handed over in soft copy and stored in plant engineering records during commissioning/completion.
