| 2 | Table Supply of Office Table of size 1000 mm (L)× 600 mm (D) × 750 mm (H) (±5 mm tolerance), made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (E1 grade) conforming to IS 12823 for top, sides and modesty panel, with inner partitions and shelves of minimum 16 mm thickness and 9 mm thick back panel. All exposed edges shall be sealed with 2 mm PVC edge banding and internal edges with 0.8 mm edge banding. The table shall be provided with one right-hand side drawer fitted with telescopic ball-bearing channel (minimum 45 kg load capacity) and central locking system with two keys, and one cabinet with shutter door having adjustable internal shelf and SS auto-close hinges. The table shall be fitted with SS handles, PVC buffers/glides at bottom, and all hardware of reputed make such as Hettich/Ebco/Godrej or equivalent. The tabletop shall have minimum load bearing capacity of 80 kg. The finish shall be factory pre-laminated finish in colour as approved by the department. Hard rubber bushes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs to avoid scratches and damage to the floor surface. |

The seat and backrest shall be made of high-density foam (minimum 35–40 kg/m³) with thickness of 40–50 mm, upholstered in durable fabric. The backrest shall be ergonomically designed to provide proper lumbar support. The chair shall be provided with fixed armrests made of powder-coated metal with PU pad. The frame shall be constructed of powder- coated tubular Heavy Duty MS frame with cross supports to ensure stability, rigidity, and long-term durability. The chair shall be capable of supporting a minimum load of 100 kg, free from sharp edges, and wobble-free. All joints shall be properly welded, screwed, or fastened. Hard rubber bushes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs to avoid scratches and damage to the floor surface. |
| 4 | Cot Supply of Cot of size 2000 mm(Length) × 900 mm(Width), made pre-laminated particle board conforming to IS 12823, with overall sturdy construction. The cot shall be provided with a 60 cm high headboard made of matching pre-laminated board. The sleeping platform shall be made of marine plywood of a thickness not less than 18mm, properly supported with internal members to ensure strength and durability. Internal supports shall be made of seasoned hardwood batten, two numbers (such as rubber woods) of a minimum size 50 mm × 50 mm, free from defects, and treated for termite resistance. The cot frame shall be made of pre- laminated particle board of minimum 18 mm thickness with adequately strengthened side panels and end panels to ensure rigidity and long service life. The cot shall be provided with sturdy legs of minimum 100 mm height from finished floor level to facilitate cleaning and to protect the cot from moisture during floor cleaning. All exposed edges shall be sealed with a minimum 2 mm PVC edge banding and internal edges with suitable edge banding. The structure shall be rigid, free from sharp edges, and finished smoothly. Hard rubber bushes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs to avoid scratches and damage to the floor surface. |
| 5 | Mattress Supply of foam mattress for the cot of the above-mentioned dimensions, made of high-density polyurethane foam with minimum density of 28 kg/m³ for resilience and durability. The mattress shall have uniform thickness and a medium-firm comfort level, capable of supporting normal adult load without sagging or permanent deformation. The outer cover shall be made of removable, washable, and breathable polyester or polyester-blended fabric, provided with zipper arrangement, and treated for anti-microbial, stain-resistant, and fire-retardant properties. The product shall be lightweight for easy handling, neatly finished, and free from defects. |
| 6 | Dining Table Supply of 8-Seater Dining Table of size 2100 mm (L) × 1000 mm (W) × 750 mm (H), fabricated with four-leg frame made of seasoned hardwood (such as Anjili/Jackwood) treated for termite and borer resistance. The table legs shall have a minimum 75 mm × 75 mm (3\\"× 3\\") cross section and rigidly connected with horizontal support members/aprons of minimum 25 mm thickness and adequate width, using mortise and tenon joints or equivalent strong joinery, to ensure structural stability and wobble-free performance. The tabletop shall be made of a minimum 25 mm thick marine plywood supported underneath with additional wooden battens or frame members to prevent sagging over the 2100 mm span. The top surface shall be finished with black epoxy resin coating of minimum 3–5 mm thickness (after curing), uniformly applied, bubble-free, levelled finish, and resistant to scratches, heat, and water, with matte finish, smooth and even. All edges and corners shall be machine-rounded and smoothed for safety. The table shall be rigid, stable, wobble-free, and capable of withstanding normal dining and institutional usage loads. | 7 | Dining Chair Supply of Dining Chair without cushion, made of seasoned hardwood (such as Anjili/Jackwood) treated for termite and borer resistance. The overall chair height shall be approximately 850–900 mm, with seat height 440–460 mm, seat width minimum 400 mm, and seat depth minimum 400 mm. The chair legs shall be of minimum 45 mm × 45 mm cross- section, connected with horizontal support members (stretchers) on all sides at suitable heights, to ensure rigidity and long-term stability. The seat base shall be made of minimum 18 mm thick marine plywood conforming to relevant IS specifications (BWP grade), finished with melamine polish / PU polish. The backrest shall be ergonomically inclined, made of solid wood members or minimum 18 mm thick board, and securely fixed to the frame. All joints shall be made using mortise and tenon joinery or equivalent, additionally glued and screwed, ensuring durability and wobble-free performance. All edges and corners shall be machine-rounded and smoothened for safety. All exposed wooden surfaces shall be finished with melamine polish / PU polish in the approved shade. The chair shall be sturdy, stable, wobble-free, and capable of withstanding a minimum load of 100 kg under normal dining conditions. Hard rubber bushes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs to avoid scratches and damage to the floor surface. |
| 8 | Visitor Chair The seat shall be made of high-density foam (minimum 35–40 kg/m³) of 40–50 mm thickness, upholstered with durable fabric breathable fabric (polyester or polyester-blended), abrasion-resistant and colourfast. The backrest shall be made of moulded nylon/polypropylene, with ergonomic contour to provide lumbar support and securely fixed to the frame. The chair shall be provided with fixed armrests made of powder-coated metal with PU pad. The frame shall be made of tubular MS frame of a minimum 25 mm diameter and 1.2 mm wall thickness, with adequate cross supports, ensuring rigidity and stability. The MS frame shall be treated with anti-rust process (phosphating/primer coating) and finished with powder coating of minimum 60–80 microns thickness. The chair shall have properly welded and finished joints, free from sharp edges, and shall be wobble-free. The chair shall be capable of supporting a minimum load of 100 kg under normal usage conditions. The overall dimensions shall be approximately: height 800–900 mm, seat height 430–460 mm, seat width minimum 450 mm, seat depth minimum 420 mm. | 9 | Cupboard Supply and installation of Cupboard of overall size 1800 mm (H) × 1000 mm (W) × 600 mm (D). The cupboard shall be vertically divided into two equal sections, each provided with independent shutters and separate lock and key arrangements. Each vertical section shall consist of the following compartments from top to bottom:• Top Compartment: Minimum clear internal height of 800 mm, suitable for hanging clothes, provided with a metal hanging rod (chrome-plated/MS powder-coated) of adequate strength, firmly supported on both ends.• Second Compartment: One drawer of 150 mm height, mounted on telescopic drawer channels, smooth sliding, and provided with individual lock and key.• Third Compartment: Open storage shelf with minimum height of 400 mm.• Fourth Compartment: Storage section of minimum height 400 mm, with fixed or adjustable shelf.The cupboard shall be supported on a base/understructure of 100 mm height, designed to provide stability and protection from floor moisture. The carcass (structure) shall be made of minimum 18 mm thick marine plywood, while shutters and non-load- bearing panels may be made of MDF boards of suitable thickness. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with laminate (minimum 0.8 mm thick) or approved polish, and all edges shall be sealed with minimum 2 mm PVC edge banding. The back panel shall be of minimum 6–8 mm thick board (plywood/MDF), properly fixed. All hardware such as hinges (preferably SS/soft-close), handles, locks, drawer channels, and hanging rods shall be of reputed make and approved quality. The item shall be rigid, properly aligned, smooth in operation, free from sharp edges, and completed with all fittings and accessories. The cupboard shall be supplied, delivered, and installed at site complete in all respects, as per the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
