This further includes replacement of bearings (DE & NDE) of SKF make & greasing (IOC/HP make Servogem 2 or equivalent). This further includes satisfactory trial of motors at Owner’s premises at No load as well as at Full load. The Contractor will guarantee the rewound motors for satisfactory performance for a period of minimum six months at owner’s premises & if any such rewound motor fails within six months, it is to be rewound again by Contractor free of cost. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Burnt winding wire shall be kept by Contractor. Bearing Shall be supplied by IOCL |

| 153 | Yearly-Maint of HM Tower:Yearly Maintenance of HM Tower as per SCOPE OF WORK including following activities:1. Lowering down of lighting carriage Fittings; 2. Overhauling of gear box including supply and change of recommended Grease or gear oil, cleaning of gear box, rectification of gear box defects including minor welding jobs, Alignment of gear box with motor, tightness of motor base-bolts, rectification and greasing of the coupling chain. 3. Tightness of Nut-Bolt of winch drum, face plate, bracket, chain set alignment, winch alignment, pole alignment (without pole dismantling) & other related jobs.4. Inspection of wire ropes and trailing cable and provision of new clamps in place of damaged ones, replacement of wire ropes if found damaged without dismantling of pole (if possible) as per instruction of IOCL site engineer. New Clamps of stainless steel material only is to be provided. Supply of Wire, rope shall be paid vide separate line item.5. Replacement of damaged flexible trailing cable from pole mast terminal box to light fittings as per instruction of IOCL site engineers. Supply of Cable shall be paid vide separate line item.6. Checking of alignment of the high mast pole, alignment of fittings with respect to pole, checking of inner ring of lighting carriage and replacement of rubber pad if required, Tightness of pole base bolts and alignment of pole with respect to ground as per instruction of Site Engineer.7. Lowering and raising of FLM fittings smoothly in presence of IOCL site engineer.8. All consumable items such as drill bit, hammer bit, nut-bolt, rubber seal packing, grease or gear oil, CRC, Easy clean & other relevant tools-tackles shall be supplied by the contractor. No additional claim shall be entertained for consumable items apart from SOR.9. Maintenance of HMT feeder pillar including replacement of faulty MCB, contactor, wire re-lugging & circuit fault rectification etc. MCB, Contactor shall be supplied by owner. 10. Contractor shall submit signed & stamp copy of IOCL checklist after job completion for each high mast tower.11. All consumables such as Nut-Bolt, gear oil, grease, lugs, Putty, Easy clean, cutton waste etc shall be supplied by Contractor without any extra claim.
