The complete structures to be painted with one coat of red oxide metal prime with zinc chromate conforming generally to is 2074 and two coat of stain resistance premium gloss enamel/ Automotive, paint of approved brand. The MS frame shall be cleaned of dirt/ grim and oil/ grease deposit. The frame shall be sand papered to remove rust. The frame shall be sprayed with red oxide metal prime to finish and will not have any paint brush streaks. After primer putty shall be manually filled at joints and dents if any. It will be wet sand papered to a smooth glossy finish. The ready surface will be painted 2 coats of high gloss Nitrocellulose (NC) Lacquer/ automotive paint, complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC |
