| 12 | Providing and fixing wallpaper made of a paper base with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in finishes such as matt, semi-gloss, or high-gloss. The wallpaper shall be durable, with high resistance to scratches, tearing, and abrasion. It is scrubbable, washable, and moisture-resistant. The material should have good light fastness to prevent fading and must meet applicable fire safety standards and installation shall be as per the manufacturer's recommendations. The wallpaper should comply with ISO 9001 standards for quality management. Payment is based on the area covered, measured in square meters.
