Shifting of damaged TVR at site to Office yard by way of hiring and deploying 02 Nos. crane for loading of machine in the Truck(charges of truck included) and unloading of the machine from the Truck in the Office yard. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes.

Repair to Electronic Control system of the machine by way of first using the diagnostic tool for inspection of the machine and then dismantling old and damaged Electronic/Engine Control Unit (ECU) and providing and fitting of ECU-01 no., battery cut-off switch – 01 no., fuse 10A- 04 nos., fuse 15A- 04 nos., fuse 5A – 03 nos. relays -02 nos and also checking complete wiring of the machine for short circuit and providing new wiring wherever required. After assembling all parts, again diagnostic tool is used to remove all the diagnostic trouble codes from the instrument cluster of the machine. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes.

Repair to exhaust manifold assembly of the machine by way of dismantling old damaged parts and p/f of pipe outlet tc lubrication top and bottom- 01 no each, gasket tc oil outlet-01 no, gasket exhaust manifold -04 no, gasket tc to adopter, clamps hose-01 no, washer- 02 no, bolt hydraulic connection – 01 no, nut, stud and bolt as per requirement. The job further includes repair to alternator assembly by way of p/f of v-belt-01 no, bracket alternator-01 no, screw-02 no, washer-02 no, bolt-01 no, gasket stator motor-01 no. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes.

Cleaning of fuel tank by first draining out of diesel if any in fuel tank to some container and then cleaning exterior and interior portion of tank with soap-water mixture, swirling and draining the cleaning solution and drying it with lint free cloth. The job further includes p/f of Diesel pipes- 01 set, hose pipe set -01 no., banjo washers as per requirement, feed pump- 01 no, water hoses -02 nos with clamps and ignition/starting switch -01 no. The job also includes repair to canopy assembly of the machine that got damaged while working at site. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes.

Providing and Fitting of new Battery 12V 150AH- 01 no. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled), carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes.The firm shall quote the rate of new battery after deducting maximum rebate on old battery.
