Calibration of the fuel injection pump (Up to 6 nos cylinder) of up to 75 KVA capacity of DEA set I/c removal of fuel pump from site, transportation at Workshop, replace ment of all tree nozzle and plunger, calibration of pump and nozzles, grinding and fixing the same after calibration at site in the existing DEA set etc complete as reqd.

Rewinding of following parts of existing alternator of 75 KVA DEA SET alternator with suitable size copper enamelled wire including providing of insulation of appropriate class, varnishing, assembling including transportation charges for alternator from Site to Workshop & back after repairing and dismantling, loading, unloading, transportation, safe Handling & Commissioning after repairing, testing etc complete as required.

Repairing of broken doors of existing canopy of 75 KVA DG set by jointing/ fixing with rivets/ screws/ welding etc including providing & fixing of hinges of broken doors/ welding & complete etc as required.

Replacement of radiator sutable for 100 KVA DG set including dismentalling of old unserviceable faulty radiator and suppling and fixing the new one suitable for existing DG including making connection etc. as required (M/S Cummins Make, Type NPC-495-G).Note: Old Unserviceable radiator shall be the propery of vendor hence rate may be quote accordingly.
