| 5 | Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts form GI charpoy & supply and fix 6mm thick GI Medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawings (Each check nut will be measured as single unit) |
| 7 | Removing the existing unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow and S & F 32 mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit) |
| 8 | Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge. |
| 9 | Removing the existing unserviceable/broken short rail and S & F new short rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge. |
| 10 | Making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 08 and 09 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | C) Drg No.FD-388 CHARPOY FOLDING IP WITH HARDTOP |
| 12 | Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy Folding IP with hard top and making the frame to its original position by tightening/welding etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Removing unserviceable nuts,bolts & rivets and supply & fix new nuts,bolts & rivets along with hard rubber/PVC shoes in charpoy IP Folding Hard top of existing shape and size and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 14 | Removing unsv Pipe and S&F new pipe for legs/short/long rail of Charpoy IP Folding Hard top of existing shape and size and as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 15 | De-rusting/cleaning the frame of Charpoy IP Folding with Hard top to smooth surface and painting all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enameled OG Paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer to bring the surface with glossy finish |
| 16 | D) Drg No.FD-67(M)/ 1032 ALMIRAH STEEL MEDIUM WITH SHELVES |
| 17 | Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah med Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing. |
| 18 | Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah med steel and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 19 | Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge duly fixed as per drawing. |
| 20 | Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg. |
| 21 | Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of Metal primer to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
