| 2 | Material and labour for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Material and labour for Semi Dense Bituminous Premix Asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 THP to the required level and gradient, rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient complete and laying with mechanical paver complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content @4% by weight of total mix with bitumen grade VG-30 laid and rolled with mechanical paver and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for preparing of old/new bituminious surfaces of road and making 2mm thickness centre lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. |
