Name of Work:- REPAIR/MAINT OF VARIOUS PUMPS AND MOTOR,UPKEEPING OF WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION AND CLEANING OF VARIOUS TANK/SUMP COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SCADA SYSTEM AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MAP BUILDINGS UNDER GE (NW) VASCO.

Material and labour for Disconnecting motor power cables of various sizes from electrical motor of different capacities and decoupling from the pump sets, removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop, Dismantling stator and rotor carefully and rewinding stator assembly with supper enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge matching to existing gauge and cleaning of slots, core with carbon tetra chloride solution and applying two coats of insulation varnish and keep stator assembly in heating chamber to improve insulation strength, reassemble motor completely and transporting back to site, coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibrations produced during operation, connecting power cables to motor including replacement of any unserviceable nuts and bolts of any size and testing of following capacity pump set motors

Motor of capacity 50 to 60 HP complete.

Motor of capacity 30 to 40 HP complete.

Motor of capacity 15 to 20 HP complete.

Motor of capacity 10 to 12.5 HP complete.

Supply and fix in replacement DOL starter in sheet metal enclosure, AC-3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, or single phase submersible pump starter with suitable running capacitor 230 volts AC including taking out old unserviceable one all as specified and as directed of the following capacity :-

Motor capacity 10/7.5 HP, AC, 3 Phase, 415 Volts complete.

For submersible Motor capacity up to 5 HP, AC, single Phase, 230 Volts complete.

Supply and fix in replacement Star-Delta starter AC-3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz for 17.5 HP motor including taking down of old unserviceable starter complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
