| 1 | Carrying out earth resistence test with digital earth resistence tester at various location in Airforce station Bamrauli,taking reading & noting down in register in the presence of user including tightening of nuts bolts, pouring of water in earth pit to reduce the resitivity of the soil, cleaning around the earth pit,proper checking of earth continuty conductor, replacement of epoxy based insulator,aluminium strip, copper strip, GI strip, pouring of chemical to enhace the conductivity of the soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Material used in repair/maint of earthing will be measured & Paid saperately Like Nutsbolts,insulator,strip,chemical.(ii) Earth record register to be provided by contractor.(iii) Testing to be carried out by skilled electrician.(iv) Earth result to be written with synthatic enamel paint on display board near earth pit.(v) Earth record register to be produced before Engr-In-Charge for checking at regular interval.(vi) Required T&P will be provided by contractor for carrying out earth resistence test. |

| 10 | Supply and pouring earth resistance lowering gel to reduce the earth resitsivity without excavating the soil, high viscosity in nature to be absorved by soil which creates bondage between electrode and soil, 6 kg contain in bucket, complete all as specified and directed. Make Acculec power or other equivelent as approved. |
| 11 | Material and labour for repair of chemical earth pit by using liquid chemical earthing solution (not less than 10 Kg) and mixing with water and filling into the chemical earth pit to achieve the result less than 01 Ohm, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Supply and lay 16 sqmm single core multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuty from strip to highly sensitive equipment which reqire zero voltage in neutral to earth, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Material and Labour in replacemetn for earthing pit display boards made out of 3mm thick MS sheet of suitble size welded to suitble size MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (with 20mm stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the letters on plate for showing the following details:1. EARTHING PIT NO. :2. DATE OF MEASUREMENT :Note : Shape, size and colour of display board should be approved Engr in Charge before fixing on site. |
| 14 | Dismantling of existing broken PCC earth chambers of any description and providing earth chamber of size 300 mm x 300mm (Internal size) and depth 280mm and 75mm thick with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Tripod Chemical Earthing (i.e Three chemical earthing are individually connected in Delta form through copper strip) which include, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three Nos 3000 mm long 50 mm dia copper bonded rod with top removal compound filling cap, seeppage holes, stainless steel fasteners, HDPE Lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber along with 150 Kg of Earth Enhancement Back fill compound including digging of pits. (ii) Coper earthing strip 25x3mm for interconnection of all thre pits along with GI light grade protection pipe 32 mm dia of all three pits along with necessary clamps, nut bolts and brazing work. (iii) Any other accessories including design modifications, to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value below 1 ohms or as per the OEM / International Standard recommendation. |

| 23 | Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of brazing of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I(ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted. |
| 24 | Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of 32 x 6mm size up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering making necessary zigzag holes for water spreading and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and as directed and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. Note : Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measrued and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. |
