| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance to carry out day to day rectification of electrical complaints like no supply, light, power etc and checking of existing electrical item for continuos electric supply and replacing of fuses small peaces of wire upto 1.5 meter etc. complete all as directed by Engr in Charge. Note : (a) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. (b) Repairing upto 04 point with out any other material will be considered as one repair. (c) Electrician and helper so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 0830 hrs morning to receive complaint slip from department and complaint should be rectified within 08 hours. |
| 2 | Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls roof and floor etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board, switch fuse unit, enclosure for MCB / DB (inclusive of MCBs of any type and capacity) and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring any size and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Material and labour for point wiring for one light controlled by one,one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit (medium grade) of suitable dia along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes ,Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good disturbed surface and matching the existing surface using putty and distemper/whitewashas applicable with respect to adjacent surface complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 12 | Supply and fixing socket out let single made of urea formaldehyde 3 pin 6 Amp, flush type, 240 volts 50Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing bell push, made of urea formaldehyde ,flush type 6 amps all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fix in replacement of Switch socket out let combination universal type, 2 in 1, 2 and 3 pin 5 Amp, piano flush type, 240 volts, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. |
