| 8 | M&L providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including neccessary formwork. |
| 9 | Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified |
| 10 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on new brick work or concrete surfaces or surface of fair faces of brick work in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed |
| 11 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces in walls soffits, facia, chajjas and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. |
