| 2 | Material & labour for unserviceable MS nuts, bolts and washers of any size & length as required at site and as directed for hold fastening column pipes/centrifugal pump and motor set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Transporting defective submersible motor of any make and capacity of 30 HP to workshop, material & labour for dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator,cleaning the casing and stator with wire brush and cleaning the surface, rewinding the motor using super enameled insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, insulating & drying , complete re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective parts and testing for satisfactory run, bringing back to site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :(i) Supply & fix in replacement of defective parts and remetaling, turning & polishing of motor shaft shall be measured and paid separately under respective items her in after.(ii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include the cost for replacement of minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, etc |

| 38 | Material & labour for development of tube well by compressed air with compressor of minimum capacity of 100 PSI and 450 CFM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping to determine safe pumping yield to be carried out by contractor at site and necessary report to be submitted. (ii) Testing of water for potability, dissolved solids, physical/chemical and bactorogical testing etc from the govt lab shall be carried out by the contractor all as directed and test report shall be submitted. |
| 39 | Disconnecting the electric connection of the defective electric motor of any make from panel board, disconnecting from centrifugal pumping set, Transporting to work shop and dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator, cleaning the casing stator with wire brush, repair to rotor by turning , polishing and turning, rewinding the motor using PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge bringing back to site of work, reconnecting electrical connection , recoupled with centrifugal pumping set, testing for satisfaction running to the satisfactory of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following capcities of motors : - Note: (i) Rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of minor spares like gland, grease, nut bolts and major spares required for work shall be measured and paid separately and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of fixing charges of major new spares under this item. (ii) Contractor should visit site before quoting the rates. (iii) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor shall make arrangement for pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges without extra cost, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water. |
