| 4 | Dismantling of C.I penstock gate & its assembly part by part , viz cotter pin, lead screw, broken M.S guide channel, lead nut, etc. by engaging chain pulley block, wire rope & other lifting tackles & lifting the same from sump after cutting the necessary nut bolts, pin etc. by gas cutting etc. as per required. |
| 5 | Opening the old & dilapidated G.M ring from the existing penstock gate & channels by cutting of necessary screw etc. & cleaning the same. |
| 6 | Dismantling and removal of old channel from its position and placing the same on G/L using gas cutter etc as required. |
| 7 | Cleaning the chamber by removing silts and removal of old broken materials lying in the chamber and taking it out. |
| 8 | Repairing and machining of lead screw and manufacture, supply M S guide channel. |
| 9 | Machining and supply of G.M lead nut to match with the above lead screw. |
| 10 | Manufacture supply of S.S cotter pin for fixing the penstock gate with lead screw as per sample. |
| 11 | Repairing and servicing of CI driving handle to operate the gate and properly matching with the lead shaft. |
| 12 | Machining and fitting of GM liner as per existing size including making of the necessary pattern preparation of mould casting machining complete. |
| 13 | Fitting, fixing the GM rings in the repaired penstock gate & channel with necessary counter sunk brass screw etc. |
| 14 | Thorough painting of the repaired CI gates by 2 coats of red lead primer and anti corrosive paint. |
| 15 | Installation of repaired CI gate and channel in its position by using of Chain Pulley block, tripod as per required. |
| 16 | Assembling lead screws, lead nut, worm gear, hand wheel etc. & properly fitting, fixing with the pedestal & penstock gate including necessary greasing. |
