The rates are inclusive of octroi royality malkana toll tax sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete plain/ reinforced concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twolve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification cluse 802,803,1202 and 1203 including form work for plain/ reinforced concrete work as per drawing and HP,PWD technical specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un coursed/brought to courses) with stone of approved guality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand: Twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cwement : six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and carriage of carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 vertical : 20 horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.
