Name of Work:- Restoration of damages of various LWSS / Tubewell under JSV Section Manpura in Tehsil Baddi District Solan (HP) (SH: Demolition & re-construction of Pump House slab and minor repair of cement plaster etc. in pump houses at (1) Tubewell Majru (2) Manpura Kuian (3) Tubewell Thana Harizan Basti (4) Tubewell Lodhimajra (5) Tubewell Dorian in JSV Section Manpura) (Under PDNA).

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement .

Repairs to patches of 2.50 Sqm and under 10 to 15 mm thik including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 metres with cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement 3: sand) (excluding cost of cement).

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade i/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (Excluding priming coat) on old steel work based surfaces, with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint other than white material upto all lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade of undecorated wall coats ) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt , remains of loose powered material up to all lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of pump house slab including all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced work in foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete i/c carriage of material upto all lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
