The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A Ramanuj stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing . Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 300mm square x 16mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 48 x 24 to suit M20 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC 215. The base plate have a cable entry hole as per the base pipe size. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. After fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The pole is coated with pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 60-80 microns). | 20 | For installation of 9 Mtr Conical Pole, a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundation shall be provided suitable for safe structural stability under wind load conditions. The foundation depth shall be maintained between 1.2 Mtr to 1.5 Mtr below ground level depending upon soil bearing capacity and site condition. The pole base plate size shall be 380 mm × 258 mm and foundation design shall be compatible with the same dimensions. The RCC foundation shall be of minimum size 600 mm × 600 mm × 1200/1500 mm depth using M-20 grade concrete with machine mixed and properly vibrated concrete. The pole shall be erected with suitable GI foundation bolts, nuts, spring washers and template arrangement for accurate alignment. The conical pole shall be securely fixed over the RCC foundation with proper grouting. Suitable PVC/GI pipe shall be provided for underground cable entry and exit. The top portion of foundation shall be finished approximately 150 mm above ground level with proper slope to prevent water stagnation.
