Mosquito control and general disinfection services at DRDO Residential Complex including transit facilities for Officers and NGOs and Civilian Community Centre at DRDO Complex, Jagdalpur, Sunabeda and Raipur Comprising of the following services including all expenses :

a) Mosquito Anti Larvel Treatment : Indoor as well as open drains, low lying and water logging areas, garbage bins, Pump House area etc. to be sprayed with Bayer responser and Fogging operation with malathian at fortnightly interval.

b) Rodent / Reptile Control : Glue pads & baiting for rodent in identified areas at indoor and spraying chemicals to repel reptile in open areas at fortnightly interval.

c) Chemical emulsion treatment for Cockroach and crawling insects : All Residential quarters & bathrooms, toilets, DRDO Transit Facilities for officers and staff, Civilian Community Centre to be sprayed with Disinfectants and the man holes with the chemical emulsion i. e., a mixture of malathian, Nuvan & Chloropyriphos at fortnightly interval.

d) Area Disinfection & Sanitization: Area disinfection & sanitization service at the office premises and transit facilities including rooms verandas, bathrooms of residential complex at Jagdalpur, Sunabeda and Raipur, with Decontamination Solution (1% hyperchloride (HYPO))) at fortnightly interval, and as per the direction of Estate Manager.

e) Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified DSR-2024.Item No. 2.34.1(i) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.

f) Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :(i) Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 ce ment : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole :With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
