Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of LT installations And Fuse off Calls (as per Schedule)The quoted percentage will be applied on each individual item mentioned in section X(Pg28-Pg57) of the Notice Inviting Tender, while operating the contract.Note: 1. The field marked in Blue shall only be filled by the bidder 2. The offered percentage will be the base for the selection of agency and accordingly, for the executed works, bills will have to prepare & submit for the payments. 3. The quoted percentage will be applied on each individual item mentioned in section X. while operating the contract. 4. The required manpower as per the notice is to be provided for the entire period and the expenses for the same is considered as included in the quoted percentage.
