Mosquito control and general disinfection services to DG (NS&M) office, ETC Building and Product Display Centre in Technical Area at NSTL, Visakhapatnam Comprising of the following services: -(Rates quoted should be inclusive with GST).

Mosquito Anti Larval Treatment: Indoor as well as open surrounding area of DG (NS&M) office, ETC Building, Product Display Centre, drains, low lying areas, water logging areas, institutional areas, garbage bins and water logging areas etc. to be sprayed with Bayer responser and Fogging with malathian operation.* Approximate Area - 40.00 Acres.* Frequency: -(i) Ante Larval Treatment – Twice in a month.(ii) Indoor Residential Spraying – Thrice in a month.(iii) Outdoor Fogging Treatment – Thrice in a month.

Rodent / Reptile Control: Glue pads & baiting for rodent in identified areas at indoor and spraying chemicals to repel reptile in open areas at fortnightly interval.

Chemical emulsion treatment for Cockroach and crawling insects: All Admin areas viz., DG (NS&M) office, ETC Building along with Product Display Centre to be sprayed with Disinfectants and the man holes with the chemical emulsion i. e., a mixture of malathian, Nuvan and Chloropyriphos in the following frequency: -(i) Insects/Scorpion Treatment – Thrice in a month.(ii) Snakes treatment – Twice in a month.(iii) Internal / External Fogging Treatment - Thrice in a month.

Area Disinfection & Sanitization: Area Disinfection Sanitization: Area disinfection & sanitization service at the office premises including rooms, verandas, and washrooms of office buildings in technical area at NSTL, Visakhapatnam with Decontamination Solution (1% hyperchloride (HYPO)) at fortnightly interval, and as per the direction of Estate Manager.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery.(i) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion):(i) Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 ce ment : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole :With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration (Twice in a year).
