| 2 | The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract. Notice Inviting Tender, Technical Specification, Employer’s Requirements, Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment and Tender Drawings. |
| 3 | Contractor before quoting the rate shall carefully in reference to the completion period as mentioned in Employer's Requirement – Appendix-2B. |
| 4 | Schedule A consists of items from Civil-DSR 2023. Contractor has to quote Above / Below / At par along with the corresponding percentage. |
| 5 | Schedule B consists Non DSR Items. Contractor has to quote Above / Below / At par along with the corresponding percentage. |
| 6 | The rates and prices to be tendered in the Unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’ & Schedule ‘B’ and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, scaffolding for dismantling & any other civil & electrical work etc., G.I. binding wire, all lead & lifts, carriage, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, survey, all other works mentioned in Employer’s Requirements, Minimum Manpower deployment as per Tender documents, Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contract. |
| 7 | The rates and prices of the tender shall be inclusive of prevailing rate of GST and all applicable taxes as on last date of tender submission on e-procurement site. Further, for taxes and duties, refer clause 11.1.1 of General Condition of Contract and C2.6 of ITT. |
| 8 | If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender will be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 9 | In case of any discrepancy between amount quoted in figures and in words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct. |
| 10 | The Financial Package (Pricing Document) must be uploaded by the same person who is authorized as per the submitted Power of Attorney (POA) and who has uploaded the Technical Package using a valid Class-III digital signature on behalf of the Tenderer. |
| 11 | The Contractor may raise their ‘On Account’ payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the last day of the respective month. |

| 13 | Schedule-B (NDSR Items) Contract I&FC/DW-01: Designing, Cutting & Restoration of RCC deck slab of Pankha Road Drain near Dabri Mor, Janakpuri, New Delhi to provide access to cleaning machinery. ANNEXURE 13APROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS(Refer Clause C 2.2 and C15.1 of ITT) The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note:1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure 13A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.4.
