| 3 | Dismantling of Flush mounting type Level transmitters / Magnetic Flow Heads / Mass flow meters (End connection flange size from 80NB/100NB rating up to 300#, having weight range 30 to 50kg, total end conection flange bolts 16 nos) from plant site, transporting them to Instrumentation lab, bringing back to site and fixing back in position leak proof at site with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 4 | Removal and refixing of rotameters. Work includes the removal of rotameters (two flanges and four bolts/flange) of size up to 100NB from line, dismantling, cleaning, assembling, refixing and glanding and cable termination. |
| 5 | Dismantling of level trol head assembly and displacer. Work includes dismantling of cable,removal of LT head assembly and its displacer from tank/vessel, transportation to workshop, cleaning, fixing of LT head and displacer, cable glanding and termination. All materilas required for the work wil be issued by FACT. |
| 6 | Removal of Level transmitter chamber having two side flanges (Upto 2\\" ANSI 300# having 8 nos of M16 studs per flange) and two drain flange (Upto 1/2\\" ANSI 300# having 4 nos of M12 bolts per flange) from vessels and Re-fixing in position firmly to avoid leak with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. Work also includes the replacement of drain flange gaskets, cleaning of chamber,displacer and drain valve using water as required.All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 7 | Removal of Manifold for Displacer Level transmitter having one flange (3\\" ANSI 600# having 8 nos of M20 studs) and Re-fixing new manifold flange (3\\" ANSI 300# having 8 nos of M20 studs) in position firmly to avoid leak with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. Work also includes cleaning of chamber using water as required, transporting manifold to work shop. All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 8 | Removal of Level gauges (Magnetic Float) having two side flanges (Upto 2\\" ANSI 300# having 8 nos of M16 studs per flange) and two drain flange (Upto 1/2\\" ANSI 300# having 4 nos of M12 bolts per flange) from vessels and re-fixing in position firmly to avoid leak with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. Work also includes replacement of drain and vent flange gaskets, cleaning of chamber,float and drain valve using water as required. | 10 | Removal of Level switch chamber having two nos of flanges upto 1\\" 300# from vessels and two drain flange (Upto 1/2\\" ANSI 300# having 4 nos of M12 bolts per flange)and re-fixing in position firmly to avoid leak with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. Work also includes cleaning of chamber and drain valve using water as required. All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 11 | Removal of RTD/Thermocouple Thermowell upto 1½\\" ANSI 300#RF from the line/vessel,cleaning and re-fixing in position firmly to avoid leak with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 12 | Scope of the work includes removal of control valves (End connection flange size up to 40 NB, rating up to 300# ) from process line, transporting them to Petro UC workshop and/or loading to truck, bringing back to site and/or unloading from truck, fixing back in position firmly to avoid leak at site with proper gaskets, bolts & nuts. Gaskets, bolts & nuts for the work will be issued by FACT. |
| 13 | Disassembly of diaphragm casing of control valve, cleaning, replacement of diaphragm, bolts, nuts etc. and assembling of actuator model VA1 & VA2 (12 no of M10x30 Bolts, actuator dia upto 30cm) . All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 14 | Disassembly of diaphragm casing of control valve, cleaning, replacement of diaphragm, bolts, nuts etc. and assembling of actuator VA3 & VA4 (20 no of M10x35 Bolts, actuator dia upto 45cm). All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 15 | Disassembly of diaphragm casing of control valve, cleaning, replacement of diaphragm, bolts, nuts etc. and assembling of actuator VA5 (24 no of M12x35 Bolts, actuator dia upto 55cm). All the materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 16 | Glanding of the signal and power cables of size 12/20 pair / 12 Triad on junction boxes / field instruments using double compression / single compression glands of proper size. 1.25 inch and 1.5 inch. Standard stripping tools shall be used for peeling of cables so as to ensure quality in work. All the material required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 17 | Glanding of the signal and power cables of size 1 pair / 1 Triad on junction boxes/field instruments using double compression / single compression glands of proper size. Standard stripping tools shall be used for peeling off cables so as to ensure quality in work. All the material required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. |
| 18 | Laying of 1 pair/1 triad signal/power cables. The scope of work include transportation of cables to site, installation of cables on new/existing cable tray/ rack , clamping on the wall / structure / routing through GI pipe/trenches. The cables are to be layed from field instruments to local junction boxes and following the special conditions attached. |
| 19 | Laying of 12 pair/ 20 pair/12 triad signal/power cables. The scope of work include transportation of cables to site, installation of cables on new/existing cable tray/ rack , clamping on the wall / structure / routing through GI pipe/trenches. The cables are to be layed from field junction boxes to existing control rooms / DCS Control Rooms and follwing the special conditions attached. |
| 20 | Installation of junction boxes of approximate size of 500x370x180mm (inlet entry 1/2\\" x 12 side, and outlet 1¼ \\"x 1 Nos) on newly fabricated MS Supports. The work shall include the fabrication of MS supports with necessary mounting holes, drilled on the supports and fixing it on the available structures by welding/using fastners of nuts and bolts in SS 304 material. Junction boxes, and Angles / flats required for the work will be issued by FACT . All consumbles required for the work such as nuts/bolts/screws are under the scope of contractor. Nut/bolts/screws shall be of SS. |
| 21 | Fixing of GRP canopies of size 360 X 445 X 370mm and 550X 450X 325mm (W X D X H) for existing fieldinstruments and junction boxes. The canopies shall be fixed using mounting brackets/ U clamps, and washers (SS 304 material) on 2\\" pipe/ pedestal/angles. Materialslike canopy, mounting brackets, clamps, nuts, required for the work will be supplied by FACT. |
| 22 | Activity includes fabrication and supply of Flanged Spool pipes of length 210 mm, 2\\" pipe of Schedule 40, material SS304L Two SS304L flanges shall be welded as per the drawing attached(Annexure C). One ½\\" nipple with ½\\" NPTF thread at one end is to be welded for liquid draining.
