| 7 | M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber 1050mm x 1050mm x 1050mm (internal dimension) with MS angle iron frame work (angle iron size 45mm x 45mm x 6mm) and 3.15 mm thick MS black sheet top cover openable through hinges of suitable size including necessary earth work, PCC, locking arrangement,rendering complete with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all iron surfaces with sub class B bricks (using old size burnt brick), built in CM (1:4), PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 as in foundation concrete bed/ floor coping and 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on internal and exposed external surfaces, external plaster shall be upto 15 cm below ground level and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement with and complete all as specified and as directed. |
